To use UhuruChat, you are required to create and open an account. In so doing you will be required to provide certain information ranging from personal, location and payment information. Personal Accounts

To create a personal account, you must provide certain information in order to have access to services offered in our platform. Professional Accounts

Our platform allows you to create and open a professional account. In this instance, we will require you to provide your professional category, location, email address, business or professional contact information, payment information which must include credit or debit card information, expiry date, CVV code, billing address and other professional and business details that may be collected at the discretion of the platform.

Payment Information

This platform offers paid services, products and advertisements (ads). This means we will ask for your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.

Account Suspensions

When you violate our rules and your account is suspended, we may keep the markers and identifiers you used in creating the account (i.e., email address or phone number) for as long as it takes to prevent repeat service terms and policy offenders from creating new accounts.

UhuruChat therefore sometimes moves information across borders, continents and to different countries around the world to support the safe, secure and reliable services and products you depend on our platform — from Canada to the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia, people are engaging in conversations amongst one another in real time and with ease.

Our services are not directed to children. You may not use our platform products and services if you are under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
